Welcome to L8TERS! Our journey began with parents just like you who recognized the daily struggle of preparing nutritious meals for their kids amidst life's busy demands. In a world filled with distractions, it's easy to lose sight of our children's nutrition and turn to fast food options. That's why we're here. L8TERS partners directly with schools in our community to deliver fresh, kid-friendly meals for children to take home 1, 3, or 5 days per school week. We're passionate about providing convenient and wholesome solutions for busy families.

At L8TERS, we are committed to ensuring that all families have access to nutritious meals, regardless of their financial circumstances. As part of our future plans, we intend to work with the Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) program to make our meal program more accessible to low-income families. By accepting EBT payments, we aim to provide an additional payment option for families who rely on government assistance to purchase food. This initiative aligns with our mission to be a helping hand to parents and support the well-being of children in our community. We believe that by expanding our payment options to include EBT, we can further reduce barriers to healthy eating and make a positive impact on the lives of families in need.

Policy & Terms

Weekly Order Submission Policy: - Order Deadline: All orders for the upcoming week must be submitted by Thursday of the preceding week. Orders received after the deadline may not be processed for the following week. - Order Changes: If you need to make changes to an already submitted order, please note that only the last order received will be fulfilled. It is recommended to double-check your order before submitting to avoid any discrepancies. - Refunds and Credits: No refund or credit will be issued for missed orders unless the meal plan was successfully canceled before the deadline. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email by Thursday prior to the upcoming meal week. - Cancellations: To cancel your subscription, please send an email requesting termination of your membership by Thursday prior to the upcoming meal week. Cancellations after the deadline may not be processed in time for the following week's delivery. - Payment: Payment for orders is processed at the time of submission. Any changes or cancellations made after the deadline will not be refunded. - Delivery and Pickup: Meals will be delivered to participating schools and daycares each Monday.
